Perfectly cooked chicken, fried prawns and fried fish are among the dishes to be ordered at Grand Garden. Here you may drink good beer. The success of this place would be impossible without the knowledgeable staff. Spectacular service is something visitors like here. You are to be pleasantly impressed with democratic prices at this spot. The nice decor and peaceful atmosphere let clients feel relaxed here. We had a our wedding reception here. The food was good and the venue space was nice, but the owner was very difficult to work. He was very vague and evasive when we repeatedly asked for pricing transparency. When we finally received the itemized bill at the close of our reception, there were a number of unexpected charges. Additionally, a number of our guests informed us after the wedding that they were not offered the opportunity to take home their leftovers. One table (that we know of) was actually asked to give their uneaten food to the bride and groom. This is despite the fact that we were charged for food per table and separately for the sweetheart table. Also, food was not left at the sweetheart table while we visiting guest tables, nor was any food packed up for us, so we did not have the opportunity to eat the food at our own reception. Overall, would not recommend. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
Overall this is a nice place for a big gathering. The group I visited with had about 60 people with a 6 course plate at around $500 per table. The decoration was nice, but the food could use more seasoning. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Just had my wedding reception here and the food was great (it was very important to us that the food had be be good and the restaurant delivers). Also we knew beforehand that not every item will on the menu will be a home run, but the house lobster, bo luc lac, fried rice, and honey walnut shrimp deserves extra praises. The decor is warm and welcoming. My wife and I opted not to have a sweetheart table so we can sit with our friends and enjoy our evening with them. At the end of the night our guests and us only wish that it can go on longer (restaurant closes at 10pm). Our advice to future brides and grooms, try to enjoy your night with your guests as much as possible because no matter how much you plan, there will always be curve balls. And no matter how much you try, you cannot please everyone. All we know is that most of our guests had a great time and enjoyed the food and for my wife and I, that is good enough for us.
While my wife was shopping at ABC, I decided to take a walk with my kids in the stroller and check out this restaurant and see if I wanted to eat here. When I approached the front door a man wearing a suit that was 3 sizes too big for him was sweeping the concrete. He told me to go away. So I stepped back very surprised by it. He then came closer to me and told me again to get away and stay on the other side of the sidewalk. I was amazed by how rude he was and so I never bothered to get closer and look inside or check out the menu. I don't know how they can stay in business if this is how they treat customers. Very rude. I would give it zero stars if I could. We ended up going to Oc n Lau 2 and had wonderful hotpot. On n Lau knows how to treat their guests, go there instead of this dump.

Great place for large parties or weddings. The owner and his staff are super friendly and attentive in service. Excellent food for a decent price, especially during this inflation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There is a flower festival going on right now. They have music and retail tents set up. It feels very feative and fun.
The crab and chicken were absolutely amazing! Great food! Great location. Amazing atmosphere! Great space to put your band, your orchestra, or your favorite singer. Plenty of room for people who have wheelchairs or walkers. The waterfalls are beautiful and make great ambiance for your eating pleasure. Pricing is extremely reasonable for the amount of food and the quality of food that you get if you enjoyed my review, please LIKE below and, as always, have an amazing life.
A lot of people hold their wedding here because the owner is quite nice. The food is quite tasty. In addition, after paying for your initial deposit, you can pay the remainder on your wedding day. Other establishments require that you pay the whole thing weeks before your actual wedding. If your wedding includes 25 tables or more, the restaurant owner will give you a free cake large enough to feed all your attendees. He also give your free floral arrangements. This really helps cut the cost and lessen your stress. The restaurant has been newly renovated, so it looks less busy and clutter.
I Attended a wonderful Vietnamese wedding reception at this location. Food was ok, the fruit seems to be the only great dish they have in my opinion and the service by the servers was great. By the end of the day, service started going down the drain here. Some of the workers were absolutely rude when it came to asking questions. I will never visit or recommend this place to anyone.

After about 5 yrs, i came back to this restaurant for my Nephew's wedding ceremony. The foods were terrible, services were just ok, ... Later that eve, when everyone were busy on dancing floor, i noticed a few of the "centerpieces" and flower bouquets on some tables were missing. I looked around and saw two waiters went around and them thru the back door to the kitchen of the restaurant. I followed and they tries to stop me, i asked them why they took these, they said these belong to the restaurant!!! I told them we paid for these over $100 a piece... and these flowers are supposed to be given to the diners later on...after i threaten to call the owner, they returned these flowers back to the tables without any apologies or whatsoever for their behaves. So, bewared and watch your belongings while you are visiting there, because it looked like they do this very often. They can steal flowers then they can steal everything else. Please try to avoid going there if you could.
