Fantastic experience, great atmosphere and food. Would recommend the Buffet here at Grand Cafè to everyone visiting Jakarta. We were served by Bernardus, who was absolutely lovely and extremely hospitable. I’m a vegetarian and Bernardus made sure that I had plenty of local Indonesian options to try and got the chefs to make a few items not on the buffet too! I know many of my friends hesitated to go to Grand Cafe because they concentrated more towards Indonesian foods instead of Western dishes. In fact Grand Cafe serves many other foods besides Indonesian dishes. As for myself, I go to this place for their variety of Indonesian buffet.
