The baristas here are great. I started coming here recently because I started a new job nearby and I am always happy with my coffee. They get pretty busy in the mornings; probably because they are so wonderful. The line goes pretty quickly, so don't get nervous if you see a ton of cars. This was the Bothell location. A busy location but for good reasons. The girls are sweet and fast. Drinks are always good. On a side note. On this particular day assisted a young lady with getting her vehicles shifter out of park. I don't understand why people don't give each other a hand anymore. Good luck with your business Gayle (Pawsitive steps - Dog Training) Keep making great drinks girls they make good people. With love The girl in the white F-150. 32oz snickers brave

Great efficient service. Go out of my way to come to this spot. Girls are kind and always have great suggestions. I’m surprised when there’s no line, they’re so good.. I always expect (and plan for) 2-3 cars also waiting for they’re delicious cup of coffee. Definitely worth the wait! Gourmet latte has my favorite coffee in the area by far. I also love their on-the-go food options. Lots of pastries, sandwiches, burritos, and seasonal choices. Must try!!

Iced latte is my go to /fav drink there, service is always nice with great selection of breakfast and snacks. But I don’t quite like their cold brew…tastes weird. However theyre still my first choice when I’m in hurry. Recommend!
My wife and I waited over 20 plus minutes in line to get our order and there were three baristas working. They only had a total of three cars in both lines when we were there. This is very slow for a drive thru place. My smoothie was "okay" at best. As someone who visits many coffee shops and espresso drive-thru's this drive-thru even having been there multiple times over the years will be one I don't return to in the future. I recommend finding a coffee drive-thru where the baristas know what it means to be a barista. This is not that place. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Much better than the STARBUCKS. Our favourite go to cafe. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Service: 5 Recommended dishes Espresso Millkshakes
Jules (manager) is HORRIBLE! She just explained to me that re-making of drinks has to be on the same day. This location has a history of making poor tasting customized drinks that need to be returned. In the past, we have returned a drink made the previous day absent of a hassle from the manager(s) or barista(s). We compare this to the other Gourmet Latte locations in the surrounding area. This morning I went to return a drink that was made at this location yesterday (Sat, April 15th) . Per Jules, there is a policy on re-making of drinks in that they need to be returned back to the same location on the SAME DAY the drink is made. This is hard to do b/c of: 1.) a large family of young kids (i.e. always going somewhere & always busy) , and 2.) the long-ish lines of the drive-through coffee shop. Jules did NOT care about the first reason even before I could explain the second reason. If that is the case, then this must be a new policy since my wife has been going to the surrounding Gourmet Latte locations (164th St, Bothell Everett Hwy across from Fred Meyers, and Alderwood Mall) everyday for the last year. Sometimes, she gets two drinks on each day of the weekend. Moving forward, all Gourmet Latte locations have lost our business and I will be requesting a cash refund on my two gift cards from Karissa (owner). For you reading this, please be weary of going to this location.
