5/22/22 Update: Mango lemonade, cheese curds number 15 combo was needed today. No sauce because they didn't give me any. The cheese curds came with ranch. Tenders no sauce. I had to wait since I was overcharged but they did refund my money and made everything fresh again. I didn't go back because I had my two dogs with me as usual. They got their pawbenders. They savored and enjoyed the goodness. Manager was really nice and pleasant I just was too tired to go back over there. I walked up to the counter and waited awhile. I guess they didn't see me. In a couple of minutes I was acknowledged and the Manager apologized about the wait and I placed my order. I was in a fry mood. I ordered a large wild fries. The best fries. Fresh and the right amount of salt. Yum. I added pictures of my pup's paw benders too. Previous review: I walked up to the counter but didn't get acknowledged. I tried for a couple of minutes then just looked at the menu so I could order in the drive thru. The issue is I got my dog's out of the car to get their pawbenders and had to load them back in the car. It was cold outside today too. I saw other people pull up, go to the walk up and place their order. One person even had a dog so why couldn't I order that way. I placed my order in the drive thru and they were so nice. I should've mentioned it but to be honest I was still upset. The food was delicious and fresh as always. I got a #2 combo with lemonade. Until next time. My first time at a good times, and I must say I’m very impressed. It’s the first time that I’ve had a hot and fresh burger in years from a fast food joint. I’m very impressed. Great quality, great service great food support local.

I walked up, there was one other person in front of me with a line full in at the drive thru. They were working as quickly and efficiently as possible, there were two people who helped me, but the lady was very very sweet! I ordered a a burger, fried and a cherry shake and it was all so yummy!

Woman on intercom had attitude. Burger was sloppy and thrown in bag, bag was dripping in my car, got home opened burger to find no bun and the toppings stuck to the tin foil, tried to call back so I could get it replaced and after 10 minutes of dialing maybe about 4 times I got hung up on. Very unprofessional and very poor quality of product and customer service.

So, I gotta tell you about Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard. It's a real go-to spot for my family and me here in Colorado. What's awesome about this place is they make everything fresh, and it seriously shows in the taste. Their burgers are juicy, and the frozen custard is creamy and delicious. But, here's the deal if you're ordering delivery through DoorDash. It's a customized menu, which is great when you're there in person. But if you're at the front window waiting for your DoorDash order, the servers might not notice it until it's your turn. So, you might have to hang out for about five minutes or so. Just a heads up. It sdoesnt seem to be worth going here if you are trying to do any form of service so for the love of god just avoid it here unless the tip is super good To sum it up, Good Times is the spot for fresh, customizable food in Colorado.
