Been trying to catch this Food Truck ( Good and Tasty) in my area and have never been able to. So today it was go to them time. Ordered the Brisket Sandwich with sauce on it. Also got the Baked Beans, Mac and cheese, Greens and Green Beans. The Brisket was so moist and the sauce had a nice sweetness to it. Plenty of meat on the sandwich. The Baked Beans were definitely homemade with tiny navy beans, chopped onions, chopped banana peppers, pieces of pork and a nice thick sauce. Super tasty. The greens were made with pieces of turkey in the greens and I believe they may have a slight bit of sugar, they were super flavorful. The Green Beans were great, had little pieces of turkey in them also, a touch of sweetness also, they were definitely to die for. Finally the Mac and cheese, definitely baked with an old fashioned recipe. So creamy with a ton of cheese. I would say that it's somebody's mother's recipe. This was definitely one trip that was worth the short travel to it. Meeting Lugene Simmons the owner was definitely a pleasure. He is definitely a great person. He is working towards being able to open a brick and mortar business. Also being a Veteran makes all the difference in the world. So take time and check this place out, you will not regret it.
