The fried chicken was hot, crispy and delicious! The sides were also good, hot rolls and a free dessert! You can't beat this meal and the price was also reasonable. Service was wonderful. The food was so good. We ordered a pork steak, TENDER! Fried chicken, NOT DRY and NOT GREASY! And then the Monterey chicken, I opted for no bread but the chicken was juicy! Went on Sunday and had the all you can eat chicken and about 10 different sides, all like grandma used to make. Just a fantastic eating experience and bang for the buck. Perfect chicken, and the chicken and dumplings give my wife's serious competition, and hers is the best. They have a great menu and we plan to go back and start eating our way through the menu. Oh, and our waitress was just great, the best! We were amazed we've live in the area 20 years and hadn't heard of it! Best comfort food around! In an age where high prices are making going out unaffordable, they give great value at fair prices! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
