This was our third visit and everything remained at the same high level of execution as our very first time, from the finely curated cocktails through the delectable baked brie and Spanish Iberian jamon to the beautifully presented and delicious entrees, this time both steak, but we've also enjoyed the antelope, chicken and pork offerings before as well. The melt-in-your mouth after-dinner truffles ought to be available for purchase in large quantities, they are so delicious.
This restaurant has a casual elegance, an almost speakeasy ambiance, with impeccable servers, and could easily be top rated in any large city. Gonzales is very, very fortunate Chef Parind Vora chose this location. We will return every time we visit, and may simply visit so we can dine at Gonzales Bistro again.

Out of towner from SA but family lives nearby. Stopped here as a celebration sort of thing, dads birthday tomorrow and such.
Man. What a GOOD MEAL. I had the devonshire biscuits plate. I was recently in an accident and eating most foods has been hard for me, so I chose this as a safe option for myself. I had never eaten something like and oh maaaaaaan. Seriously gourmet. Very very impressed, even though I had no concept for it prior to this. Highly recommend this dish. The flavor and texture profile was phenomenal. If I had any sort of friendly critique it would be maybe 1 more jam option? Or a protein? Idk. It's hard to say really because it was just that good. Everyone got something different and it was all amazing. Props to the staff and the chef! 5 stars easily deserved.
