My kids and I usually come to this boba tea stand every week. But this time the worker scammed my kids by giving himself a 20% tip without asking, and he didn’t give us the receipt until we asked for it. We realized that this time the price was more expensive than last time. Then we figured out he added a 20%tip to himself we went back to the stand, and we asked him how can he add a tip without asking first. He didn’t apologize to us and he said that he will refund the receipt and make a new receipt. He was also very disrespectful, when I talked to him he rolled his eyes when I confronted him. Service: 1

I always go to gong cha. Suddenly I couldn’t use my rewards. They told me they locked at the time in Natick mall. Why? I thought they all the same company. Anyway I cut it off, no more boba tea. Forgot rewards thing, really don’t feel good about that. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
I really love Gong cha and hate to say but I like it MUCH better than Kung Fu Tea! When I go they get the order done fast and right. The boba here is the best I've ever had. My only complaint is that sometimes the tea is too hot and the ice melts (I like super cold boba tea!).
Only giving two stars instead of one because the poor people working there were super nice and genuinely seemed upset about their working conditions. Not only was this pop-up way too small for the amount of things that they have and need to do it was extremely disorganized and lacked storage. So much so they had to leave things out in and on top of the sink areas and barely had a way to resupply themselves as needed. I fear I got a nasty stomach ache due to these deplorable working conditions at no fault to the staff. Also the boba recipe they use is okay at best, good tea but it is hard to mess up just plain tea. Gong Cha really needs to rethink this store and add some space for the workers to work with. This place won't last long if they continue in this manner.

They were very nice, clean, and had amazing drinks there. This is my overall favorite boba place that I’ve tried yet! If your wondering what drink to get, I would get the strawberry green tea with bubbles because it’s my favorite.

Really tasty bubble tea. There was a long line, but once I was at the cash, my drinks came quickly. They need to scale this place to keep up. I'd recommend they buy an actual store at the mall instead of the pop up. Been closed for a few days. Maybe gone?
The workers are very nice and pleasant. I’ve gone there a few times but I have to say I’ve noticed it’s only 4-5 teenage girls that work constantly to keep it going. It seems management refuses to give them the support they need. They have way to much products for the small amount space. I have to say Kung fu tea at the mall is the better choice. I would rather support a company that values there workers.

Our favorite place to get Boba tea . The service is great. The young people there work hard and admirably well. Sometimes there is a line but it’s worth the wait. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
Completely uncontactable. They called to say something about my DoorDash order, I tried to call back the number and received a weird voicemail. Tried to call the number through google and through their website, number out of service. Not sure what even went wrong here, since I cannot speak with them whatsoever. Service Delivery Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Gong Cha is an automatic 5-star for me by nature of their direct competition with Kung Fu Tea. Increasingly I have noticed "Bubble Tea" prices rising and sizes shrinking (starting pre-COVID). Kung Fu Tea was one of the earliest adopters of this mentality. Gong Cha is great because they directly compete for the available market space and force prices to stabilize and provide a basis for comparison. This particular kiosk-style Gong Cha does not have as vast a menu as some other brick&mortars within the Gong Cha chain, but they have enough. I'm happy many more people have access to this type of drink (a few years ago there was no company in Metro West). I was told that Gong Cha still brews quite a bit of tea rather than using the popular powders. Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10
