This place has gone downhill and it just opened back up. Food was disgusting, hard and cold. It wasn't very clean in there either. Our server was good though. She deserved to be working somewhere better. Unfortunately we won't go back anymore.

We were there for our birthday and family and friends. The food that was out wasn't hot just barely warm. There was some white rice there it was cold and full of starch. I spoke with the guy that was on the other side of the buffet counter, I told him that the rice was starchy he said ok but never removed it. The Mac and cheese had a funny taste to it like it was spoiled. The steam table must not have been on because even the green beans were cold. There were a lot of dirty dishes sitting near the clean ones. I wish that the store that was in Oshkosh was open, because driving all the way to Appleton was a waste of time and gas. The area that we sat in was so dirty food was all over the floor. We waited for the other side to open so we could have some places to sit that were clean. I just hate that the experience that we had with family was such a disaster. We should have gone to McDonald's and had a better day.

I've never been here before. I must say for a buffet it was actually really good. Their shrimp and fish and tarter sauce was amazing. Their steak was great. Definitely can't complain about the food it was good. The service wad great for how busy they were. Huge shout out to Leon the waiter he was on point and quick. He definitely deserves a raise and then some he is a great asset to your company. He's so up beat and fast and can remember everyone's order. He was working in so many sections and just phenomenal. He made the experience wonderful. Only suggestion if your gonna be a huge success maybe make your seating area bigger especially for people coming in with bigger parties and handicapped like me and in a wheelchair. But I'm impressed.

Fantastic service the whole night. The server was super attentive and extremely friendly. I was definitely excited when I saw the bourbon chicken was back to its original style of cooking and not in the bone. The only complaint I would say was the night we went the bread pudding l, tasted like it was cooked in a pan that was washed in an old dish cloth.
But like.i said it was that only night. Other than that, this was a fantastic place to stop in with my family to have a great time and food!

It wasn't busy when we went, so that made a best case scenario. No wait in line at all. The buffet is laid out on real long counters so not cramped up serving yourself. And, the seating was segmented with a few partitions, so could pick the quietest one.

Our waitress was friendly and helpful, great service. The food was mediocre and could have been much better if prepared and maintained with more love and care. A lot of the hot foods were dry from sitting and did not even look very appetizing. The salad bar could be improved upon by cutting the veggies into bite size pieces for salads instead of long strips, just little things like that could go a long ways. I think that if you are going out to pay for food, the food should first thing look delicious, the place needs improvement.

The food is pretty good. It is buffet food so sometimes it's better than others but over all most of the times things are hot and fresh. Most of the staff is super friendly and attentive. My kids love it there and there is something for everyone even picky eaters like my oldest. Overall a good experience but it is a little pricey especially on weekends and around the holiday (the upcharge for holiday food)

I hadn't been yo a Golden Corral in many years, but my 104 year old WWII veteran pappy loves buffets, so after his hearing aid appointment we found one close by and gave it a try. I am not a buffet person, but I was impressed. The food was fresh, well prepared, and tastey. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The sweet manager insisted on paying for grandpa's meal, and when she found out he wanted ham she had them fix him some even though it wasn't on the buffet. She thanked him for his service and went above and beyond to make him feel special. In a day and age where customer service is more and more difficult to find, and clean restaurants that serve good food are too, this Golden Corral was a pleasant surprise! I recommend it to everyone! A true value!

Desert area was a HUGE disappointment compared to other Golden Corals I’ve been too. Food was your average buffet food. Pop server was very friendly but over the top. He was obnoxious singing every song and being loud non stop. Wouldn’t come back to this Golden Coral.

Golden Corral, unfortunately, fell short of our expectations. The musty smell and overall uncleanliness of the building were disappointing. While the food was acceptable, it didn't stand out. The service was decent, but the drink servers seemed disengaged, consistently getting multiple people's orders wrong. Considering the price, the experience was underwhelming. This visit was an exception to the positive experiences we've had with other Golden Corral locations.
