I ordered a beef teriyaki with veggies. The quantity was good but the beef tasted crumbly and moist. I then ordered a hamburger which was slightly better. The mousse cake wasn't great either. I'm not sure if the management has changed (It's not Golden Bowl anymore). I spent $24 on lunch and I wasn't happy. I did enjoy the view though. The place is clean too. Absolute best teriyaki bowl you will find. Just as good as the location in Gardena. Their fries solo are also fantastic. I recommend the large chicken beef teriyaki bowl with avocados, no regrets. We were skeptical of the high reviews. It’s a bit rough looking around the edges and messy inside. The teriyaki chicken is really good and the gyoza was excellent. The burger was a bit cold and the cod was from frozen breaded filets but my family enjoyed it. We’d eat it again. This is going to have to be a retro review. I haven't been to this place in years. To be honest the last time I remember coming here was around 1999 or so. What I do remember is that they had some of the best teriyaki chicken bowls. My wife and I use to go there when we were dating. It was her favorite spot and when I tried it it was a must go for me as well. Not sure if it's changed God willing it hasn't because it was a great spot. I can still remember the bowl coming with a pepper. Good memories and great food. This is a must go to spot and next time I'm around the area I will definitely take my daughters to enjoy a bowl. Very large portion, we ordered via drive-thru lane Half n half combo plates, this dish can serve 2 people easily. We were the fifth car in line, but it did not take long until we became the first and got our food order (around 10 minutes). Our last visit was way back in 2019 and since this was our first visit post-Covid, a little bit of surprise (2) Combo plates, (1) Cheese Burger and Fries, and (1) Large Soda came out to $47.30 but well worth it though.
