Probably the best place for the great quality of coffee in Mandalay. (By far, there ain’t many cafe in town where coffee beans are freshly ground right before making coffee.) The coffee menu has a great selection. The atmosphere is neat and clean. A good place for hanging out with friends, chilling with a book or web browsing on your laptop. The food options are very limited with only cheesecake, chocolate lava cake and croissant. It would be nicer if they have other food options like cookies, sandwiches, snacks etc.
It’s a modern, albeit firm, place to sit and while away the heat of the afternoon. So kudos for good air conditioning, but I just wish the seats were not mostly hard wood. Otherwise, the cappuccino and mochas were very richly flavored and not unnecessarily bitter. I liked the depth of chocolate in my mocha, and the cappuccino tasted genuine. The Wi-Fi actually worked well and the staff speaks sufficient English. On the downside, prices are steep, and for an average price of 3000 Myanmar kyats for 90% of the beverages, it’s a consideration that will prevent me from coming MORE often.
Not cheap but a very good coffee (maybe the best in Myanmar). It looks like a Café in a random european city.
The cheesecake was good and the chocolate Lava cake was better 😄 It was just too good to wait for taking a picture 🙃
Good coffee, also liked the cheesecake although the portion was a bit small for the price. Comfortable place to work, with plenty of power outlets and a variety of chairs to choose what is more comfortable for you. Friendly service.
(Good)
