We recently moved to Lake Ridge, VA from Burke, VA, where we were long time patrons of Glory Days, Burke.
So we decided to give Glory Days, Lorton, VA a try and we are really glad that we did!
The service all-around was absolutely outstanding!
We were pleasantly greeted and seated by David, who along with other staff, was very attentive throughout our dinner.
Maddie, our waitress was simply remarkable! She took our orders without notes, repeated back to us verbatim our entire order,
and kept a watchful eye on our table to ensure our drinks were replenished and that our dinners met our expectations.
The type of attention one would only expect from a Five Star Restaurant!
Toward the end of our dinner, Christie, the manager, took a few minutes from her busy schedule to inquire if we enjoyed our meals.
Of course, our dinners were well prepared and plated in true Glory Days fashion - our compliments to the Chef!
Looks like we have found a new favorite Glory Days, which we look forward to visiting again very soon!
Kudos!

They used to be pretty good, but the menu seems to completely change every year which means my favorite food items keep disappearing.
The current menu, new to 2024, has only one thing on it that I've ever enjoyed, which I ordered last weekend. That is one of their hamburgers which arrived to the table raw. It took forever for the food to come, which is common in the last year, so I just took it home.
After I heated it in the microwave it tasted better than it ever did in the restaurant.
My husband says we're going to try a different location from now on.

Really comfortable bar like feel, food was alright, service eh. When we walked in the first thing we heard at hostess stand was the waitress complain that she was the only waitress on so we already knew with how busy it was service was going to be poor. She was really friendly but she was so busy hard to call her for anything else that we wanted or needed.

This place is just okay. Sometimes the food is really good, and other times it's very mid. On our most recent visit, we got grilled honey Old Bay wings and you could barely taste the flavor. The waiter was nice but we've gone before where the waitress didn't seem to listen or check in on us in a timely fashion. Overall, it's hit or miss. Hopeful you get more hits than we've had.

Crab Pretzels
Went here on a Friday night when it was moderately busy, but not max because several tables were empty, but bar was full. Servers didn't seat us, we sat ourselves in bar area. We then tried to get someone's attention for 10 minutes to get our drink order. We got frustrated and had to essentially grab a server to get a manager. Isaac the manager apologized profusely and comped our meal, which the food was VERY good and hot. Great place to eat, definitely need help with their wait staff and their ability to communicate and serve.

Glory Days Burger
Worst service of any Glory Days location. The kitchen is slow, but the servers are just the worst. They mostly hang around the soda machine chatting and playing on their phones, come out maybe every 15 min. at best. Bad attitude toward customers, as if you were the employee and them the customers. Sometimes you have to get up and go to the soda machine to get anyone to help you. I have visited several times at different hours because I have stubborn friends that insist on going there, always the same experience, bad agonizingly slow service.
