Worst experience at a Gloria’s jeans outlet! The food made us think that maybe this is a fake outlet! They served cheetos burger without any cheetos in it. As a compensation they gave us an old Pakistan day cake slice, which when we got home found out had fungus inside it !!

The chicken Parmesan was Great try it for certain whenever possible
The Beef Steak was Absolutely Inedible rubber
The staff was notified once, to which they responded by 'Reheating' the steak to no change in the quality of the steak
The steak was then sent back with the sides and everything
This Steak should not have been served at all
The 2 coffees were over brewed to a bitter note yet still adequate enough to pass as coffee
The steak was billed anyway despite sending it back (being short on time, I did not protest much unfortunately)

Extremely slow service, they take ages to bring 3 coffees and a chiller... almost 25 mins after order, Lava cake more like 40 mins. Oh and there were 2 other people in the restaurant.
They are well located for those who are visiting the top furniture shops in Gujrat. However, the quality that they offer is quite low as compared to other Gloria Jeans outlets. There weren't many things available to chose from and many items from standard Gloria Jeans menu were missing. We ordered coffee along with cookies and lemon tart pastries. Coffee was blend, not brewed properly and lemon tart pastries were quite old..... They need to improve the quality of their products
Good place. Serving not only coffee and desserts but pizza, waffles, wings, sandwiches. This outlet is a bit different from rest. Good Outside seating. Inside also spacious. Helpful staff. Open for English breakfast too.
