Our visit to Gloria Jeans for their chillers was overall enjoyable, with familiar taste and quality consistent with other branches. However, one aspect stood out that needs attention – the Mocha Chiller had an excess of ice. Almost half of the glass was occupied by ice, leaving minimal space for the delightful blend of coffee and ice cream. The disproportionate amount of ice impacted the overall satisfaction. We went when it was almost empty. Staff, cleanliness, service, everything was good. Just didn't like the hidden charges in the name of tax and service charges. For example, if they mention a deal for Rs. 1999, you're gonna be charged Rs. 2500 at least. Amazing visit great ambiance, and a fantastic range of premium drinks, customer service is outstanding. Coffee of gloria never disappoints but as a compitation btw gloria and cbtl gloria needs to improve themself. Service of this branch is up to tha mark very satisfactory. The ambience of this cafe is not satisfactory they need to redesign this branch from a good interior designer as the branch specially the ground floor gives pendu vibe. Whenever need a good espresso, Gloria never disappoints. My favourite place for coffee after "DropOut" in Cantt. They have very good cake slices, cookies etc for staisfying your sweet tooth. Cappuccinos, and lattes are also very good. Also, they have chillers for summer time that are cool and refreshing. Rooftop addition is a big crowd puller from my point of view.
