We ordered 2 Stromboli and a medium pizza. We didn’t get the order until almost two hours later. Before we got the food my wife called to check on the order about 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting. The girl said they were busy but it was on the way. My wife asked why didn’t they suggest that it was going to take awhile and the girl ask my wife why she didn’t ask if it would take awhile. When we finally got the food it was slightly warm. The cheese was starting to harden and was awful. I called pretty angry and after talking with the manager for some time he offered to remake the order. It was now 8:00pm and that wasn’t gonna happen. After even more time of complaining. He finally offered a $20 voucher on a $50 order. I didn’t want the voucher either. What I wanted, was an apology. A little ownership of the poor quality. Unfortunately that wasn’t to happen. These people have zero pride in what they do and a zero care on if you get a quality product or not. Won’t order from here as long as this is the way do business. Food: 1 Service: 1
