The restaurant is attached to the Hilton hotel which is very convenient while staying at the hotel.
While the service was pleasant and the ambience was nice enough, the food left much to be desired:
- it took an unreasonable amount of time get the dishes (which were by no means complex) to the table
- despite the long wait, the dishes were surprisingly cold, as if left standing for a long while before being served
- the size of the main dishes was meager (clearly designed to be a part of a multi course dinner, which neither the menu nor the server cared to clarify)
- the flavour profiles of the dishes were bland and unexciting
Regrettably, the experience was substandard, taking into account the usual quality of Hilton facilities we are accustomed to.
