I ordered my daughter birthday cake from here she turned 4 and wanted a unicorn cake the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and the cake tasted delicious the frosting was too sweet but the cake was very good however we ordered the cake to be picked up @9 the young lady told me we could pick it up at 9am my daughter had tickets for Disney on ice at 11am but the day of their automated message said said that they did not open until 10. This caused me to run very much behind and my daughter ended up missing the first two performances of Disney on ice tickets that I paid over $300 for so I’m not too happy about that but I will say that the cake itself tasted great. Icing was way too sweet and it was beautifully made so I’m not too mad at my experience.

We always go to Gigi’s for their delicious cupcakes. Always have great flavors and variety ( even have gluten free options!) The facility is clean and welcoming with location offering plenty of parking.
This year for my daughter's birthday we skipped cupcakes and ordered a cake from Gigi's. Alexis was super helpful and kind. She had patience with me and guided through the process. I came in with a photo for inspiration and she helped bring it to life. I picked up the order today and it was just what we wanted and tasted delicious!
I highly recommend Gigi's.

Employees were great to work with. Extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgable! Delivered 40 dozen Mini Cupcakes to some of our business clients which turned out to be a big hit! The cakes were made fresh and decorated with a Holiday, Christmas theme. The 5 stars reflect not only my experience but the positive responses we received from our clients! :)

We had our first cake order from Gigi’s and it was perfect! The customer service when ordering was fantastic. The “look” of the cake was exactly what my daughter had hoped for. The cake itself was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Thank you Gigi’s for helping make my daughter’s 14th birthday celebration special!

I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday. Cupcakes are usually delicious and on point. I ordered to pick them up an hour before they open (as I do work) and low and behold I cannot receive the order that I paid for at the time they promised to have them ready…such an inconvenience!

I figured I could grab a few good cupcakes for my husband's birthday... I sadly was very disappointed. 😞 . my husband LOVES red velvet and this year his birthday is during the week and I didn't have time to bake. BIG MISTAKE... I don't know if the recipe had been changed but it tasted like just a mouth full of food coloring..... and the cupcake pictured was supposed to be a spice cake with blood orange icing.. It was like trying to eat a sponge.. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the macarons were wonderful... My daughter is obsessed with them! I don't know if you all are letting the teenagers bake or what's going on but I miss the way the cupcakes used to taste..

The staff at this location is always so kind!! I’ve never had a cupcake from GiGi’s that disappointed me! This location is very clean. If you’re ever in this area, be sure to stop by for a delicious treat! Now, it is a bit expensive; however, worth every penny!!!

Gigis is the best! The cake was beautiful and it tasted heavenly! The customer service was great! Alexis is the best I am so indecisive but she helped me pick the perfect cake for my mom's 81st birthday! If you want a beautiful cake that tastes great Gigis is your place!

Disappointed
Unfortunately I am not a fan of the cupcake. I chose the banana with nuts. The icing is extremely stiff and not flavorful. The cupcake was extremely dry and did not have the fresh moist flavor you would expect.
My other disappointment was the small cupcakes are prepackaged and you must buy 4. Being able to buy individual or a 2 pack would allow for trying different flavors to see if there was one you like over another
The store is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The cupcakes here are $3.95 or $3.75 a piece pretty expensive but they taste delicious here in Columbus Georgia at The Landings. Go and try them you will love the way they taste. 😊 enjoy
