Today was my first day trying Giddy up. I don’t usually drink coffee but I heard they had really great refreshers! So I ordered a mango lemonade with lotus and it was amazing. The service there was great! All the workers were super friendly. I even loved the way there decorate the building. It gave me some ideas for my own house! Lol. Absolutely great place, definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got some delish cold brew coffee with sugar free salted caramel flavoring. The service was fast and friendly, and they were busy but I got my order in a very timely manner. I went inside and placed my order; however there’s also a drive through option. The inside of the coffee house is adorable and comfy! It was busy with customers chatting and sitting at small cozy tables. There was a faux fireplace and a large checkers game laid out on a table. There was a shelf of books to peruse and lots of seating. I loved the vibe of this place as somewhere that you’d definitely go to have a good cup of coffee and chatter with an old friend for an hour. It was spacious enough that those waiting for their coffee were not crowded and the seating area was separate from the service counter. Great layout that felt very inviting. Usually this place has great tasting coffees and customer service that’s why my coworkers and I usually order while working at the hospital during our long shifts. However this recent visit we called in an ordered and one of the ingredients which was heavy cream wasn’t added to one of the coffees maybe the person that took the order didn’t hear it however usually when there is a simple mistake most places fix it however they stated since it wasn’t ordered they can’t make another one nor give me a refund and it was the owner policy. I wasn’t even offered the heavy cream I had to take upon myself to ask can I just order the heavy cream and mix it myself so here we were placing an .80 order for heavy cream. This was such poor customer service this could have been handle with more care it was like I was tossed to the side like we didn’t get that in your order nor can we refund you and just blankly stare at the customer this isn’t what I want and I paid my hard earned money plus a tip to get treated in such manner. My co workers and I from the hospital will be taking our coffee services else where. Do better giddy up your customers are your business! Response to owner reply: I ordered specifically an Iced sugar free vanilla and brown sugar LATTE made with heavy cream not a “Breve”. My coworkers also heard the order as I stated. I work in the hospital maybe the service went out on the heavy cream part or maybe she just didn’t hear it’s okay we’re human we make mistakes however how the situation was handled was very poor. I gave a tip that would have covered the heavy cream and the difference between a more expensive drink. We definitely don’t need a second Giddy up here in town we could use a 7 brews. So I came here with a friend a few weeks ago and loved it. Came back this morning and got some ice coffee and later on went to ask for a cup of ice water. They literally told me they couldn't give me a cup of water but I could buy bottled water. Wow. I can't... **And as a response to yours, I do NOT have an understanding and will not return. **edited 10-24-2023 Decided to come back and give another chance since it had been a few years. It was okay. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the smoothie I got was good. The coffee drink was basic and not as flavorful as other places downtown. They were under staffed and had a hard time keeping up. People were waiting a long time for drinks, but the girls were nice about it and seemed to be cheerful considering their obstacles. Not sure if I'll return for the coffee, but I would probably come to use the space when needed. They do have bathrooms on the side of the building. Great little coffee shop! Both dine in, outdoor seating, and drive thru options. Pretty versatile menu - smoothies, iced and hot coffees, fraps, bagels, cupcakes. Cute little coffee station ☕ ⛽ What once was a gas station clearly made coffee shop and done so well! This place is adorable and the people are nice and quick to serve. I got a Domino frappe and a cinnamon bun to go. No bathroom was clean and on the outside which is nice if you just stopping to use the toilet, while the inside seating area has games like giant checkers to encourage people to stay. Definitely warm and inviting I would encourage a morning with friends in their sitting room or at their patio. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Oh my goodness! Cutest little coffee house! I didn't get a pastry or bagel, but probably should have. My latte was fabulous and the service was great. The seating area is warm and inviting. First time stopping in and my drink is absolutely scrumptious. Quaint atmosphere and all the staff were friendly. A nice treat before a first visit to the chiropractor after an automobile accident this past Friday. I will be back. A hidden gem right in plain sight. You know, I'm just not going to go back. Neither is my coffee mate. I usually only write good reviews, did write one bad early this year after multiple attempts.... But but but, the staff here isn't friendly, though they are not rude. They always act like you are interrupting them. The music is usually loud country, really loud. The bagels are toasted but not quite enough. And today my pumpkin spice latte tasted diluted by half. It tasted neither like coffee or pumpkin spice. I love both. I finally spoke up and it was suggested that perhaps it sat too long.... Really. This clearly wasn't my first PS latte. The gal went into defense mode and I finally said no worries it's fine. She was absolutely not interested in making my coffee as I'd had a bajillion times before. Pretty much last straw. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
