So comfortable and the young ladies very nice and helpful it was my first time so they helped me with the best coffee!! Will come again when I’m around Quinlan!!

Used to go daily.. I guess it’s all new young staff but not a fan anymore.. last few times their machines went down & was told my card wasn’t working or couldn’t have my order with vanilla flavor or that they no longer do cold foam. I no longer go there. Kt’z in Emory is cheaper, so is Starbucks!

Horrible! Stood there for almost 10 minutes and never greeted, acknowledged, nothing while to go orders were picked up and paid for. We will never go back.
Shame that the coffee is ruined by the staff! They were very quiet, didn’t greet me, nothing. The Quinlan location has an employee who has personally harassed me in the past as well, not surprised she treats customers the same way! Don't want to bring old drama into a workplace but a little heads up, that specific female employee bullied me for being both autistic and LGBT, also spreading misinformation of me committing suicide. Maybe look into your employees better since it seems to be rubbing off on the customers too.

Great people and coffee at BOTH locations! They have always made sure I am happy with my drink before leaving, which I consider to be great customer service. Thank you Tracy and all for going above and beyond as well as continually learning and educating yourselves on the process of keeping us caffeinated :)
