The employees need to be educated on sanitation. My cashier, Mekhi, had a cut on his finger that he was well aware of. I know he was aware because he was wiping it with a tissue when I was being checked out. I come home to unload my groceries and there are blood droplets on many of my items. Not only is this repulsive, but it is dangerous.
My experience at this particular location was emotionally damaging. Not only was I victim of racial profiling. Being falsely excused of theft with no suspicious activity. Just being black shopping for food. my newborn daughter was shook up by the sudden stop of electric controlled shopping cart. Forced stopped as I was falsely excuse. After viewing my receipt. And discovering all my items were purchased. There was no apology or sympathy for me and my new born first experience shopping together.
Could use a cleaning. I don’t mind using self check out, but if you prefer a cashier there is only one open most times. Stock is okay. If you can shop the deals it is a decent value
Solid store- selection is good. Produce section is fresh. I appreciate the organic and simple ingredient foods available. And their bakery is excellent. The shopping carts are limited and poorly maintained. Sometimes you cannot find a small one at all.
The people here are very friendly & helpful. Store is very clean . But ! Those guys in the Deli dept. Are the Best I didn't know what I wanted 4 my
Sons lunch but they walk me threw

Thanks guys u r the Best !
Great location and selection of foods. Their bakery has awesome artisan bread and desserts. Very impressive selections of produce, seafood and meats. Store is super clean and there's plenty of parking.
I called this giant a few hours ago a young woman answered the phone and I asked if they had similac sensitive formula the girl says “yeah we have a bunch” so I run over to get some as 4 other stores I went to were out. I waited at the guest services desk where an older Caucasian lady was at the desk yelling at an elderly man, I get up to the desk and I tell the woman I had just called and asked if they had this similac sensitive formula she abruptly walks away from the desk to the cabinet where the formula is and yells at me “maam how many do you need” I say 9. She yells back “4!” The people behind me tell her I said 9 and the woman yells back at them saying “she can only have 4!” I understand if there is a limit on the number of cans you can get but being rude instead of just telling me there is a limit is absolutely unnecessary. This woman needs trainings on customer service as I was not the first person she was rude and disrespectful to.
I've been shopping here for the last 4 years, and I will no longer be shopping here.
The store has gone downhill this last year. Every week, I buy the family size of 80/20 ground beef. Two weeks ago, the meat started going bad after 3 days after it was supposedly packed. Last week, the 80/20 was actually 90/10, so needless to say, it had no taste. Then, a couple of hours ago, as I was checking out at self checkout, and the machine said I placed an unscanned item so I checked what the machine recorded, and nothing was unscanned, the employee came over checked and cleared the fault then the next item I scanned, it dinged, I put it in the bagging area then it said remove the unscanned item. I threw up my hands in disgust and said, "I'm done," and walked out. From now on, I will only buy items that are on sale from this Giant,
If you ever pull in and see Charles working the parking lot carts you know you’re gonna get a happy greeting and an offer of assistance every time! Everyone here is happy to help, occasionally doesn’t have everything you need but what store isn’t struggling with stock right now
