Ordered my daughters birthday cake online on a Monday for pickup on a Thursday, got to the store Thursday, they never made the cake, questioned the location of my order which for sure was the correct place, I showed them text confirmations for my order, they proceeded to tell me they don’t take orders online, that I have to pay for cake in full before they make it, and nobody took accountability to rectify the issue. To add, none of what they told me was conveyed online, or via confirmation email/text. Manager gave me a cake off the shelf for free. But it still wasn’t the same. Horrible experience!
