Desk attendant was rude. I’m all for taking personal calls but to throw your hand up to stop me from talking and walking away to the back, yikes. The BP next door looks great, I will be pumping there from now on.
Exceptional service and very friendly. The manager (jen) and employee Tamara are the Best. They live by the slogan of
customer comes first. They are nothing but Positive and very
helpful. They are always smiling...good place to visit and get a good cup of coffee...never had a experience w/ those two ladies.
Rude and ignorant staff, lay came from the back saw a line and literally said “I hate people” proceed to help me with a horrible attitude and disgust on her face and tone.. didn’t get Her name but cameras would show who she is but she shouldn’t be in customer service definitely will never go back!
stopped in the store last night, Jen the cashier was horrible, rude, called me a name. It was almost like she was "baiting" me to argue with her. She wouldn't hand me my rcpt, told me "not to tell her how to do her job" . With another gas station literally right across the road, I'm sure this awful and rude "employee" has and will continue to drive business away.
Convenient location, market price on gas (plus a discount if you use your Giant Eagle shopper card), inside the store has all the regular gas station stuff. Usually busy, but there are a lot of pumps and getting into and out of this gas station is easy. It’s also a newer station and is kept clean and well lit.

I go here every moring for coffee ALWAYS fresh and ready. however this morning I cut my thumb on one of the whip cream cans they have out fot coffee! The team leader nick came out with a lil first aid kit and band aided me right up! good as new!! 10/10 Give that man a raise!!!! Its employees like him that make a store great!
Still advertising for 219 a gallon when it's actually 269 a gallon what a rip-off false advertising at its best would have stopped at the giant Eagle by me and Akron or barberton where it's 229 a gallon. The cashier said to check with Gas Buddy next time which I showed her I was on it as well as GetGo web site as well..found out this was the Station 5 miles down the road...this is price gouging at its best especially in bad weather....SHAME ON YOU GIANT EAGLE!
I came in and I was waiting for a cab and I bought a cup of coffee when I realized my coffee was too sweet I ask the cashier if I could top it off and she said sure on me the cash it was so sweet and nice and kind of everybody so courteous and patient there was no problem there that place is not nasty it's not trashy there's no there's nothing wrong with the service it just a great experience overall thanks a lot
Horrible. I hate to waste anymore time on this store. However, I feel it needs to be said. If you have a sale for product advertised on the shelf, uphold the price. Cashier was snarky and would not uphold the sale price. He claimed that it only included other items. I went back to the product, removed the sign, and showed him it clearly stated that particular product. At that point, I refuse to purchase the product and left. There are many, many, many other convenience store/gas stations around. Here's another gripe. There were 10+ people in line for one cashier. A second cashier was just standing behind the counter. This is beyond ignorant. Poor customer service all around. Lastly, the gas pumps do not allow manually inputting your discount card number. Every time, I have to go into the store to obtain my discount. Nothing like making it difficult on your customers!
