I placed an app order at the Cafe during store hours. The app did not indicate that Cafe was closed. They accepted and charged me for my order. When I got there to pick it up, the store associate told me the Cafe was closed, and that I would have to contact my bank to get a refund. App orderers, beware - they'll take your money, give you nothing, AND make you beg the bank for a refund. This is absolute nonsense.
Review is for the car wash. Attendant was rude. Car wash didn’t get car very clean and no clean towels were available afterwards. Noticed a small dent on the hood of my car afterwards too. Won’t go to this location again for a car wash. McMurray location was better, no issues there.
getGo is terrible for prepared food. #1 the computer system tricks you into losing out on deals/discounts (meal that says no side, but customer never chose not to have a side; two-for discounts that don't clearly display the items must be identical) #2 the quality is substandard (especially compared to the direct competition: Sheetz) #3 especially when the quality is factored in it's very expensive and not a good value #4 you get what you pay for: Sheetz hires at a higher hourly rate of pay, so it's only logical they have better quality employees (and they do)
AND THIS IS ABOUT BOTH Giant Eagle, Market District, Market District Express, getGo AND ANY OTHER ENTITIES THIS CORPORATION HAS: it's quite clear the family is cashing out. The first-ever non family member CEO is in place, the corporation makes much more profits in Columbus, Cleveland and Indianapolis and I would not be surprised if Kroger, or some other national supermarket chain, buys them out. That would be a reason to bring in someone who has worked for other corporations to facilitate the sale.

I actually lost 2 of my rare Cocker Spaniel trunk magnets, inside their car wash, somewhere?? I got home & noticed they were MIA. I called GetGo immediately and asked the man who answered, if he had seen them? He said he'd go look for me, took my number & he'll get back to me. NO $h!t, within 30ish minutes he called and said he found 3. I said 3? I only lost 2? Oh wait! You're correct I did have 3. W.O.W. The guy said he'd leave'em in the lost & found box, to ask next time I come in, to get them. Totally 😎 Coolio!
Stolen Order - This is ridiculous! SEVERAL times have arrived at-store and someone else has convienently taken my online order. This has happened at multiple GetGo locations. I never have a problem at other similar locales (Sheetz, etc).
You need to immediately improve guarding patrons orders. Starting with either customer names visible & boldly stickered to bag, a alphabetized order rack, and/or have an employee specifically assigned & readily available to hand off orders to the correct customer. With how often this has occurred in my case, certainly I cannot be the only customer this happens to.
This review is for the Wetgo car wash. The older amazing gentleman who works here is just phenomenal, he cares so much, get your car sprayed at all directions, and is making the best of his job. I encourage Wetgo to provide him some appreciation in efforts of his great work and to encourage others to do the same!
Online order placed. Drove to pick up order. Kitchen closed. No refund available and no food gotten. Aka theft from this location. If you like wasting money. Order here. Should be investigated by the AG.
I went in to grab some coffee and a bite to eat. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the cashier was nice. Otherwise I would give 1. I waited 15 minutes for a chicken wrap. An elderly gentleman and another guy were waiting with me for food. The elderly man was waiting long before me. The two women behind the counter weren't making food. I'll give one credit, they were fixing or refilling a machine. No food was made for anyone until a young kid walked back after I waited 10 minutes. Then that poor kid had to make everyone else's orders that people were waiting for on because nothing was being done before he went back.
