This place is one of the worst gas stations I’ve ever gone to. Every single day there is a new problem there. Half the time the employees lock the doors to the place and put a sign up that says, “closed, no power” even though you can see everything powered on through the windows and the gas pumps still work, well, the ones that aren’t broken anyways.
Because the next point is that at least half the pumps are usually broke down. No sign, not turned off or anything, you just have to stop at one, get out of your car, try to run your card or the actual pump, only to find out that it doesn’t work. Then you move to another pump and that one’s broken too. Lots of expired drinks and food inside and a register that hardly anyone is ever standing at, so don’t go here if you’re in a hurry and wanted to grab a drink or something. Nothing about this place is quick.
Take my advice and go a few hundred yards down the street to either Sheetz or Circle K. Leave this dumpster fire alone.
I messed up today and put $10 on pump 3, but it shouldve been pump 4. The staff were incredibly helpful and fixed the problem for me right away even though it was my mistake. They are always really nice & fast. The fresh made food is good too, i like to get a bagel there on my way to work.💕
Bought a pack of vape pods. Opened the box. The juice was brown. Clearly a sign they were old. Went back to the counter and showed the cashier and manager not only were they expired but not the correct ones I asked for. The manager told me "no return on tobacco products." I would agree with that, but its not fair that I spend $20 on wrong and expired product either. It's always something at this place.
When this happens at other Get Go's or other gas stations, they take them back and replace or refund. $20 down the drain.
Omg… this has got to be on the list of the top 5 worst gas stations in the area. I mean seriously, they are closed more often than not earlier than 9pm and their kitchen is never open. The woman that works the cash register is exceptional presentation of what rude customer service looks like. When asked why the kitchen is not open on a regular basis or why the gas pumps are not working… her answer is “because I am the only one working and I told them I refuse to run back and forth or I can’t do everything!” Ooohh, the attitude and defensive nature that is instant to appear. I will take the chance of being late for work or school to drive a little bit further down the road to get my gas and snacks at a station that welcomes me as a customer.
I never considered reading gas station reviews but now here I am leaving one ugh. Stopped in to get a client an Italian sub...ordered went paid then stood and watched the lady not do anything after a while the team lead says uh you have an order. She says no I don't ....oh man I should have just ran but I stayed. They didn't have the materials to make the sub but offered other options to complete sale called to ask client if this was okay. Was told no, so I told her not to make and oh dang the attitude came in quick. She wanted my receipt I said no I need to give to casher for refund. It was a horrible experience never again will I stop in here. Not fast, friendly overall disaster
Store is closed during normal business hours before 9pm, it's 5:02pm and the doors are locked. This has been an on-going and consistent thing now. Thankfully, Sheetz is finally back open and they are 24 hours!
My daughter had a problem at this store, she was in the wrong and was loitering for approximately 30 minutes after leaving the bus at 6:12am before walking to work. Talked with corporate and then received a call from the store manager Steve, who reviewed the video and talked with the employee. They didn't realize she is DD and she actually didn't fully understand the employee. I think Steve did a great job resolving this and I will take time with my Daughter to re-explain store etiquette and loitering.
Ordered a waffle breakfast sandwich and the egg was ice cold. Went back to tell them and there was no apology or offer to make a new sandwich... just asked how I wanted the money back. That's NOT good customer service. I would have gladly accepted a new hot sandwich but now they lost a sale AND a customer.
What great customer service! There was a little error and Steve, the manager took care of it immediately and I was right back in my car on my way. Thank you for being so nice Steve! They also tend to be the least expensive Getgo gas price out of the 4 locations I pass by twice a day! Go here! 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
