This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had chili, fries, and a pepperoni pizza. The chili was nicely done, thick with good flavor. The fries were OK, I think the problem was they sat around waiting for all the food to come together. The pizza sat in a box on top of the ovens for 15 to 20 minutes. When I questioned the guy he gave me a look and said the pizza was fine. Maybe true for many but I have visited over 200 pizza places and know the difference between fresh and not so much. The pizza had a thick crust with no crisp to it at all. There was, in my opinion, far too much cheese on the pizza and it seriously detracted from tasting much else. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.1.

Food is always great. Delivery guy was so kind, my drink was left behind. He went to grab it and came right back. He didn't wait for other orders. Overall was not pleased with our experience. Waited close to an hour for some mozzarella sticks and some whiners, really wasn't even that busy either. When the food finally came out the whiners were barely above room temperature, and the cheese sticks were overcooked to the point one of them had absolutely no cheese in it at all. Got takeout, two seafood subs, a ham and cheese sub, an order of sweet potato fries and a chef salad. Order was ready when I arrived and I was dissapointed to find the seafood subs were toasted as it wasn't requested and the fries were cold. The H&C was also toasted which left the bun soggy and a bit messy. Meat quality and flavor was good, but the soggy oversized hot dog bun was a dissapointment. Overall the service was good and the old time bar feel brought me back to "the day". Good spot to hang out on a Sunday afternoon to watch a footbal or hockey game. Wandered into town and stumbled upon this outstanding restaurant! Decided to treat myself to a hot wiener for the first time and I was absolutely blown away! Between the meat and the buns, it was an experience to remember! A few steps away you will find a quaint little spot featuring a peaceful waterfall, perfect scenery for a wiener break! I'm visiting from Florida, and this is, by far, the best fish and chips I've ever had. The business had a very nostalgic feel to it. Small towns keeping things the way they have always been. If you're looking for a local watering hole with duct tape holding the seat cushions, greasy food and very limited selections of drinks, you're at the right place. However, it's also the home town crowds favorite and there's no pretense, what you see is genuine and that is a strong plus. Omg the best pizza pub around northern RI and Crystal the waitress is amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Food, drinks, staff, company, the best Friday I've had all year!
