Our first time visiting and it was lovely! We had wonderful and friendly staff who gave us food recommendations. The drinks, oysters, ahi tartare, paella and blueberry cheesecake were delicious. The vibes and the view of the ocean are phenomenal too. Parking on site is valet only for $15 bucks but we were lucky enough to find street parking along the road. I reserved a table here for Valentine’s Day on a whim after I couldn’t find a single other place with availability in all of LA. When my partner found out the name, she couldn’t believe it. “You got a reservation at… GEOFFREYS!?!” Apparently her friends in NYC were saying it was their dream to eat there someday. No surprise having experienced it myself now. It’s well known for its incredible food, breathtaking ocean views and elegant ambiance. As with most of the aforementioned, there’s a high price to pay. That became clear as the valet parked my old scion in a crowded lot filled with Lamborghinis and rare cars. The menu for the day was a preselected set just for Valentine’s but still provided a diverse selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, expertly crafted to satisfy various palates. Although the prices reflect the upscale nature of the restaurant, the impeccable service and culinary excellence made it a worthwhile splurge for such a special occasion. The attention to detail in both presentation and flavors elevated the overall dining experience, making Geoffrey's a standout choice for those seeking the best of the best in a refined taste of Malibu. Great everything. Reserved 2 days in advance and left a note for balcony table. We had delicious meal, great above and beyond service, and great sunset view. The valet is $15 and gets added to your bill. Was super debating whether or not to give this restaurant a five-star. I ended up giving it the 5 because the beach view pretty much makes up for the little things that potentially lower the rating. The restroom was a little under expectations. Only two stalls and could have used an air freshener. Lol, phone service was down, too. Need wifi and parking is tight if you don't get a valet. Other than those minor things, food was on point, and drinks hit. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $100+ Recommended dishes Maple Blueberry Cheesecake

Having never been to Geoffrey’s my daughter chose this restaurant for her 18th birthday celebration because of the atmosphere and view which was definitely five star! Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the price. All was presented beautifully but my filet mignon, which was cooked to a perfect medium, lacked flavor along with the asparagus and mushroom mashed potatoes it was served with. No butter, no pepper, no real seasonings of any kind. The surf and turf lacked a five star rating. Not only was it brought to the table 10 minutes later, the lobster was chewy and the steak and mashed potatoes again, lacked flavor. The salmon and two swordfish where both good and the wedge salad was 5 star. The kids ordered $9 mock tails, suggested by our waiter, which were fun, but the spicy mango martini I ordered for $20 was more jalapeño then mango. Knowing it was a birthday celebration, the waiter offered dessert, which we were too full to enjoy, but he still brought a dish of ice cream with a candle for free. So including the $12 valet, 10% tax, a 4% surcharge and 20% tip we averaged $100 a person. Love to go back for the atmosphere and beach access. I’ll stick with the rolls and salad, and try the soup!
