The food is good but customer service is not good, almost everyone doesn't smile & they seem like they are in a bad mood often. I'm not sure if these great customer service reviews are fake because it's always bad. We go once a week because we enjoy the food but they really need to hire more professional employees. Wish there was another good burger place to go to & I miss Carol's. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
