A very clean factory. Well spoken and explained. Very generous too. Kids loved it, adults loved it. A must visit place for everyone. Don't miss it if you ever get a chance to visit. Their timeslots are super full!

This Gardenia Kaya is very tasty & Soft . But the cover cannot close tightly. It's very dangerous that children or elderly tends to carry it by holding the cover ! Hopefully Gardenia management can look into this matter. Tqvm
Clean, fully automated production line of breads. The guide answered all visitors' questions patiently. A bakery factory that worth visiting.

Good info & coooerative staff...
They are so welcoming... We love it.
Awesome place to visit and learn about malaysia's number one bread. But first, you have to call to do an appointment to visit. Walk ins are not allowed.

Went on a school trip here. Broaden my horizons on the world, and gave me a better comprehension and appreciation on how difficult it is to make a successful company like Gardenia. Really cheap bread sold in bundles too. Got more than a week's worth for RM5
Great team with best practices in place
A very good place as a half day family outing. Educational for both the young and the older! You get free goodie bag too!

I think it's more fun for the adults than the kids as kids will enjoy the free bread, buns and drinks but the adults will enjoy the tour throughout the bread making factory more.
