Had superbly cooked food. The rice was so fluffy and juicy at the same time. Highly recommend. Also the staff is super kind and helpful. Top notch! Cant wait to come back. Wow. Having just moved to the area from Queens, NY, we were absolutely blown away by the level of food served at this place. The fettuccine and rigatoni was made fresh in house, the rigatoni was a carbonara that was light, refreshing and perfectly cooked - they do not use any cream in their carbonara - just egg and cheese very traditional and delicious (and most importantly - light!). The veal chop was immaculately cooked to medium perfection and tasted amazing. My wife had the fettuccine bolognese which was, as aforesaid, cooked fresh and homemade and was perfectly cooked. The antipasto was equally good - buffalo mozzarella caprese salad and affettato misto was fresh, they brought seconds of prosciutto for my 2 yr old daughter as well! I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner Omero and the Chef, they've definitely got a gem brewing here and we will be back again to try more of the menu! We decided to host our Christmas eve dinner here, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we've made! The food was amazing, the service was beyond compare and the atmosphere of the place is superb! The owner, Marcelo is a truly wonderful and warm person, he made eating here feel like eating amongst family!
