Highly recommend, absolutely delicious food! The waiters are super nice, courteous and helpful. We went there twice and probably coming back again tomorrow. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, 10/10 ✨ I also got a walnut ice cream as dessert and it was the best ice cream I had in my life, even the whipped cream was delicious. This place is the highlight of my stay ✨ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They claimed to offer Kunafa, but it turned out to be a small portion of baklava. The Arabic coffee lacked richness, resembling diluted coffee with a hint of saltwater. I visited Gaïa cofee shop today and was disappointed with my experience. The prices were exorbitant, leaving me feeling like I overpaid for a simple cup of coffee and an oily croissant. The portion of cake was disappointingly small, and to make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying and reasonably priced coffee shop experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Upon entering the café, we were greeted by a friendly server who guided us to the terrace upstairs. We placed our order, which included a milkshake, a smoothie, and a tiramisu, along with a hookah to enjoy. The milkshake was decent, but unfortunately, the smoothie was undrinkable. Thankfully, the tiramisu was delightful. Regrettably, our most disappointing experience revolved around the hookah. Within the first 5 minutes of receiving it, we noticed a burnt taste. We alerted the server, and he mentioned he would fetch a colleague. However, it took a full 10 minutes for the colleague to arrive and inspect the hookah. They replaced the coals and attempted to improve the flavor, but we still detected the burnt taste. We reiterated that we had contacted the server within the initial 5 minutes of receiving the hookah, which the colleague acknowledged. Unfortunately, the hookah was eventually removed from our table without a replacement, leaving us with an unpleasant experience. All in all, it was a disappointing visit, and it will be our first and last time at this café. We cannot recommend it to others. Gaïa, the 5th of August 2023. By far, not a very pleasant experience. Compared to the prices, the food quality and the service were unimaginably bad. It's safe to say that this place is a rip-off for tourists that are new to the Island as I doubt a sane person would go to such a place twice. Don't be fooled by the shining lights and outside decoration as the ugly truth of the place is reflected inside. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We visited a few times last week during our stay in Midoun. The food was amazing every time: their breakfast options are excellent, but their burgers and pizzas are quite good too. But the best part was the service. Coming from the US, it was refreshing to see good service, which is surprisingly rare in Djerba (and Tunisia in general). Seating is prompt and the staff is quick to follow up, even during busy hours. In particular, I’d like to give a shoutout to Mr. Samir - who was managing the staff during one of our visits - as he struck me as a true service professional.
