First time here and it was a disaster. Waited for more than an hour for food to come. Other tables who came later than us but received their food 1st. Outside a lot of workers serving but kitchen is messy. When ask to check on our orders, they can come back and ask you which order haven't come. No apologies from them and in the end, only me get to eat and my wife cancelled her order because waited too long. Food price I can understand but portion and taste, not worthy at all for the price. Its good to have live band but sound system too loud and painful to ear because there were a sharp sound. You all gotta do better if wanna survive. But we not gonna step into your shop anytime soon.
Im very happy to finally have a hangout place nearby to have pork ribs and other really good dishes. The food is a level above neighboring bars (beerfactory, uncle don) which i consider "ok but average". Please please please mantain the quality. Great environment and good staff.
I'm giving my review based on the lousy service I had with the service staff. Went on New Year's Day around 12pm, as some friends gave good reviews on the food. There were staff there but outlet wasn't opened. Asked when will it be open, service staff just replied "Don't Know".
The service is so bad. We already waited for 50minute only for a mentaiko fried rice. And we have complained to the waiter but we get no respond. Overall the food is bad and the service attitude is too bad at all.

My second visit here, came as my first dinner here was good. Second visit was quite a disappointment. Foods were just OK. They forgotten one of the dishes and we had to wait longer. No dessert available at 9pm though the restaurant was pretty empty the time we went. I might not go again to this restaurant 🥲
