Obnoxious, expensive party bar. Distorted DJ shouting into the street. Makes tourists look really bad, but maybe is entertainment for some people.

They support a ton of local workers and are good for Hoi An.
Could be doing illegal business activities by unfairly trying to get you to not shop next door where the beer is 20k and way cheaper than they sell it for.
