I had a wonderful first experience at Fuji. The restaurant is owned by a lovely couple and they provided great service. I had the filet and scallop hibachi with a salad and everything was fresh. Save your money! This place is not worth your time or money. The food was subpar by best, the hibachi chef did not "entertain" or converse with my grandson for this birthday. If you pay by credit card, a 3% fee is added, which is becoming the norm. However, we had a party of two and a 26% tip was automatically added. When asked, the host stated, "we have it listed on our menu." $98.48 for a meal for two that didn't taste the best and the "paid for" hibachi experience was horrible.
