Please make sure the water is restocked and make sure the milk in the milk department is pushed down so a disabled person can reach it. I've had this problem every time I go. I have to bend down to the bottom aisle and reach way back. Otherwise it's a great experience with wonderful employees
I guess we're not even hiring enough people to man the self checkouts?
What do the new metal guards accomplish besides making it more difficult to get to and from the pharmacy during busy times?
Why can't I disable the eardrum-shatteringly loud sounds at the self checkout anymore?
Fry's has been my favorite grocery store and pharmacy in town for over a decade now, but they seem to have rapidly deteriorated in the past few months.
I don't particularly enjoy coming back to edit this review with another baffling change every week, but here we go:
Sep 24 - Great, they've added handheld scanners. Oh wait, they've messed that up because some of them block the space where you'd set a shopping basket. Picture attached.
Dec 23 - Why are there so few shopping baskets? Early morning, none at either door or where they're collected at either self checkout. If they're being destroyed or stolen, just order more! This shouldn't be a problem nearly every time I come here.
Deli area needs to be fired or retrained. Never anything wings out, everything is always empty. Lack of care. Hot food area is limited. Go to safeway. Safeway isn't any better but least they have hot food out.
Best place in Sierra Vista to buy groceries. It's usually packed and now with self checkout, they hardly open checkouts with cashiers. That being said, I feel like a fool waiting in the self checkout when they don't even open all of those up. So I wait to check myself out and pay. This is the future of retail.
Ih Fry's, where do I begin. I've been aong time customer of Kroger and have always been faithful to shop there until we moved to Sierra Vista. App tells you your pickup is ready and you arrive and wait forever to find out it isn't ready. This location lost my business after today. You literally NEVER know when your order is ready, app says yes so fix your app or hire more people.
Stopped by the bakery early when the store opened and talked to Tatiana, I had a few questions about what was the better quality product. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Great costumer service!
chumped again ok I will NEVER walk thru the doors again ... sales that are NOT sales. NOT honoring sale prices. I was a loyal customer for years but no more. NOT interested in getting ripped off anymore. If all the other grocery stores in Sierra Vista close down except this one I will go to Tuscon and find a Walmart.
I understand theft is a big deal right now. But if you are a paying customer and want to be bombarded with your cart locking up or the sensor going off everytime you shop this is the store for you.
Came here to pick up some pills through the pharmacy. They don't take tricare, which was the only thing I didn't like from here. The sushi was okay, taste like every sushi I've had at a grocery store. But these croissants stuffed with chocolate were super good.
Over all nice looking in side with great atmosphere.
