Great place to shop. Especially Love the produce department and also the floral department. They have beautiful and fresh flowers. One of the florist was extra generous and made a last minute corsage for me. She had to stay later to do it and it was super appreciated! Definitely recommend this store!
Clean store. The cashier “ Lori “ was super sweet . A few of my gift cards got denied and she was understanding. There was a young girl helping bag stuff and she was super rude . Lori 10/10 the young girl bagging stuff need to get coached on her customer service 2/10
They have great people working there although they have a high turn over. Some of their polices are unfair and cause my favorite people to look for better opportunities. This the only place I can get my ground turkey that tastes good and is tender, Jennie O needs to up their game. Ocean spray with no sugar and I love their plant selection. They carry an assortment of organic foods, nonGMO and that is important to me.
I shopped in this store for the first time on 12/17/23. The cashier was so unfriendly. She didn’t greet me—she looked like she didn’t want to be there. I blew it off as her having a bad day.
When I shopped there a few more times, it was the same thing from other cashiers.
I’ve decided to shop at the Combs location where the people are friendly.
Placed a pickup order that was originally supposed to be ready at 6, got a text that it wouldn’t be ready till 8. then when i show up at 8 and go to check in i get a “we are no longer available for pickup”. Which if frustrating, but understandable, but when i sit there for 10 minutes on hold getting bounced around to 3 different people just to get told that i can’t pickup till the next morning. When i can literally see other people picking up. Is quite frustrating, I understand it’s busy but a little customer service goes miles in instances like this, there were multiple pickup workers walking past my car and not one said anything, and if the store wasn’t available for pickup the app should have just said so.
HUGE. Fry's has turned grocery shopping into a destination. Love it. WIDE aisles. Lots of prepared foods if you're into convenience and not so much into cooking. Folks were lined up at the inside Starbucks. Great Fry's prices. Very good fresh meats selection - beef, pork, chicken. A great cheese department; sizeable liquor department; very good seafood selection - fresh and frozen. Large deli. Vegetarians and vegans should also be pleased with the selections. The staff was friendly. The experience was good.
This store is so huge, YOU could lose yourself while shopping. I'm not sure when Fry's starting becoming a 'super' Walmart type store, but I avoid that part at all costs. The selection of grocery items is why I chose to stop here today and that was smart. The bad decision? Going on a designated federal holiday Friday just like everyone else. Self checkout for the win.
The new Frys sucks. It's beautiful inside but the customer service doesn't exist. I can't get anyone's attention when I'm in deli, even though they're standing right there. When I did get their attention to ask if they carry dairy-free cheese they sent me to customer service, they don't know. Same thing with bakery, can't get anyone to help me and had to go to customer service.
I am so darn disappointed in the shrimp I purchased on 12-14. When I got ready to make the shrimp cocktail for a birthday celebration it was slimy. So nasty. .
So in the trash they went.
Slightly suprised because this is a nice store. At least the beef was good and at 16$ a steak it better be.
I was having such a bad day. I locked my keys in my truck in the parking lot before shopping. Nicole at self checkout was so sweet to me and helped me by putting my perishables in the fridge until I was able to have someone come out and unlock my truck. Nicole needs to be recognized. As I sat here and waited she checked on me, I witnessed her kindness and energy to the other customers. Amy the manager was also super sweet.
