We ALWAYS come to this location. I always order the same thing. I ordered the chicken nugget and fries special. I did not get the fries. I called to let them know. They insisted that they put them in the bag. They said they know for a fact they put them in the bag and the manager is going to review the video. Like why am I going to lie about a bag of fries???? The girl said IF it’s true that they weren’t in the bag they will give them to me. I will NEVER go back here again! I spent over $40 in total, like I’m going to lie over an order of fries! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered double bacon cheeseburger, carne asada fries well done, large rootbeer freeze. Burger was great. Fries were cold and not well done (crispy). Once they mixed the large freeze, it was less than 3/4 full. The young lady taking orders was indifferent at best. Seemed put out that I asked for a fork for the fries. I ordered a chocolate dipped ice cream cone which on the picture shows it not in a cup all dumped out with hardly any chocolate. If you can't make a chocolate dipped ice cream cone then find somebody that can or tell the boss to fire you or just have him stop selling them. This has happened several times now every time I come here there's something wrong with the order. And the chicken sandwich is $8.99 plus a fry and drink combo is another $3.49. Time to stop going out and eating just buy it at the grocery store. Businesses are taking for granted people's money and overcharging. And the service from these people that think that they should have high pay for entry-level jobs and then not even be able to do the damn job.
