Ordered the Froggers Steak Salad. One of the Heathier dishes and very large and filling. It is excellent and prepared well. Highly recommended dish. Very upsetting experience. Our order was messed up in three different ways. My son's fries had Cajun seasoning on it which wasn't requested. He's 4 and doesn't do spicy. My wife's burger was covered in Cajun seasoning which looked like the cap fell off the shaker and the kitchen was okay with that. It was a literal pile. I ordered 10 wings and a wing basket. I got my 10 wings but never got the wing basket. After waiting 15 minutes I cancelled the wing basket. The wings I did received were over cooked, small, and dry. We've had better experiences in the past but just too many issues and the server wasn't very attentive. I didn't request a manager to come by, but it would've been nice if they did. I get they were busy, but I've been in these positions. You have to make it right with the guest. We will still come back, but probably not for awhile and definitely not on a weekend. Hostess was nice and attentive. I had fried shrimp (appetizer). They were on the small size but tasty, hot and fresh. I had the rice, steak bowl as my entree. Lacked in taste/flavor and appearance. Would not order again. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
