Nostalgic at best. Very empty restaurant probably because the food was not great. Wait Staff was VERY friendly and attentive.

Stopped at this Friendlys few weeks ago, Savannah was our waitress and she was excellent and very nice. The tattooed dude who I think was the manager was very helpful to her bussing tables etc while at the same time cooking. Food was good and delicious. We loved the forbidden chocolate ice cream.

Family stop for special occasions. The food was great..one issue but manager zoomed in with a quick fix. They were short staffed and waitresses were new. Normally cut the wait staff a lot of slack, God knows I couldn't do there job, this was an exception, she was mia most of the time. Again, manager was amazing, stopped by several times, filled drinks. So overall, great visit!

I had a pastrami supermelt sandwich that was very good however my fries were barely warm. Waitress did a great job considering she was the only waitress there. Ice cream for dessert, happy ending sundae which is a great size after a meal.

I only gave 4 stars on food. I was very presented and most of the flavors were fine. There's a sour tang to the cole slaw that I'm not fond of but it's much better than many I have had. The chicken parmesan sandwich was very good. I'm only passing through or I would go back.

Came here all the time as a kid and always loved this restaurant. Recent years quality has severely decreased. Today I ordered the bacon mac and cheese burger and was served this burger with a large layer of black burnt cheese. I mentioned it being burnt and they remade it with a slightly smaller layer of burnt cheese. While they were cooking I heard people yelling in the kitchen (I assume it was because it was yet again burnt.) All I could taste was the burnt cheese. Waitress said it was how the dish was made, but the picture on the website clearly did not have the burnt cheese. Waitress did not check up on us and refused to make eye contact after seeing my disgusted look at the dish. Will not be going back.

Yes, we get it—they are understaffed, just like everybody else. But these ladies are doing their best to take care of everything. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, but once our order was placed, the food arrived relatively quickly. I’m glad that the menu hasn’t changed much, and they still have a nice variety of ice cream.

My sister & I stopped here on the way to CT. as we used to go to friendly's all the time as kids. I noticed the sign on the door citing staffing issues, but we were willing to wait. There were 4 tables when we arrived. We waited 10 min, being passed by the 2 people working without a greeting or being told they'd be with us shortly. We were seating by the lady in all black (no name tag) and she took our drink order. 10 minutes later she brought our waters. My sisters had an orange dot on her lemon.
Idk if it was molding or just taken off another patron's plate. Another 10-15 minutes passed and she came back to get our order. I got the onion ring appetizer and said I'd like to order ice cream. My sister got a hotdog and fries. 20 minutes later she brought our food and asked if there was anything else we needed. My sister wanted mustard and she started walking away as I was asking for bbq sauce & ranch. I looked at my sister's plate and there were fresh tomato seeds, mayonnaise and a strange liquid near her fries. I looked at my plate and there was mayonnaise wiped on it. At that point, I refused to eat.
The woman in all black never came back to check on us. When my sister was done with her hotdog, the lady asked how everything was. I said, "my plate was dirty. I didn't eat that food and don't want to pay for it. My sister's plate was also dirty." She said ok and took the food away. No apology was given. I get staffing shortages, I get that they will only serve so many patrons due to said shortage, but COME ON! At least serve us food on clean plates and not give us lemons that looked like they came off someone's plate. NEVER AGAIN will I go back to this location.
Stopped in for quick lunch, hadnt ate at a friendly's in a long time....Wow! It was really good! Our waitress provided great service and was super "friendly".
Pretty convenient access to I-80 from here. Service was really good, but the food was only ok. Seemed to be some pieces of wilted lettuce in the salad. Prices are reasonable which is to be expected from Friendly’s. It seems like they have pared down their healthier options in recent years. Server was very friendly
