For a Mexican food place I expected more flavor. Bell peppers in my fajita burrito were basically raw along with the onions. Steak had minimal flavor. For free table salsa and chips. The salsa for most would be a bit on the spicy chips seemed to be dumped out of a bag and put in a warmer. Service was nice a bit slow for refills but very friendly. Now for the price.. OUCH I've gotten more food from similar sized places for 12 to 1i percent less!!. Probsbly won't be a return customer Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We live just a few miles away and had never been to Friacos. We went with our neighbors who've been there several times. We loved it. The food was excellent and the service was even better. We had a young man as our waiter and he was very attentive and friendly. He explained different items on the menu and was on point with the drinks and refills. Highly recommend that you visit next time you have the taste for Mexican food. One of the best servers I have had in years. Food was good. A bit more expensive than other similar restaurants. 140 for 4 people, 3 meals (with 1 of those being fajitas for 2) 2 margs and 2 sodas. I got a take out order and each item was incorrect. It took 40 mins to fix. They were swamped and they kept messing it up. I didn't complain. The manager was very apologetic and gave me a gift card to come back, which I will. That's why I'm only taking off one star for service. Sometimes stuff happens and you have to cut people some slack. The food is really good. But last night I witnessed an altercation with a table with two young ladies who had their children with them. Their table was ignored by several of the workers for long periods of time. The manager was rude and condescending. He started off kinda friendly and started yelling at them, telling them they needed to leave. The manager even grabbed a plate off the table and threw it. This left me incredibly uncomfortable because i know this is no way to treat people who are patronizing your establishment. The police were called and of course management played victim as if the young ladies were in the wrong. The police clearly took the side of the manager without really listening to the stories of the women. Mind you, all of this was in front of their young children. Something needs to be done about the manager because there’s no way he should’ve gotten upset and started throwing stuff. Somebody could’ve gotten hurt and that would’ve been a problem. As i said, the food was good but what i witnessed by your staff was horrendous and i will never dine here again. Ordered two carne asada dinners, like we always have in the past, & have absolutely loved. This time, we were served a different cut of meat that was very tough, overcooked & had no flavor at all. Asked our server about the change & she said that she already had 3 complaints that night & would talk to the kitchen. Came back telling us that they changed their meat & she was very sorry. No compensation was offered whatsoever. I couldn’t even eat my steak because of how tough it was & we spent $100 on our meals & drinks. We will never be back again. So very disappointing.
