The adjoining town I was staying in was shut down due to the storm, no electricity. This was the only coffee shop close by that was open, about a 15 minute drive. They had power and Internet. They make a great cup of coffee and I had a delicious bagel. The staff was great! The shop has a really cool vibe, great atmosphere. A genuine coffee shop in a small town! Their coffee is the best. In addition to regular sweets like cinnamon rolls and muffins, they also make overnight oats, quiche, and salads. The coffee was delicious - the Onyx Expresso in their cappuccino was perfectly balanced by the microfoamed milk. If you’re traveling up from the beach, stop in here for a pick-me-up!
