Tiny shop with a nice variety of yummy pastries! The guy was so nice. Got the Apple and Pecan croissants, they're both so delicious! The one with pecans on top was soo tasty, nice and crispy on the outside with delicious lightly sweet filling inside. The Apple one was also delicious, lightly covered with sweet drizzle, filled with Apple and cinnamon. The place is very small so you just go in and grab what you want, he did have some other cold pastries as well. Very unique, haven't seen any other places that do croissant pastries like this. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking, prices are fair given that it's made there and a lot of the stuff is vegan and gluten free (which I normally don't care for)

This is an amazing hidden gem. The croissants are out of this world. They are light and fluffy on the inside and crispy and flaky on the outside. The croissants are buttery and come in sweet or savory varieties. I ordered three of the savory and three of the sweet variety. The savory ones were feta & spinach, ham cheese & egg, and bacon cheese & egg. The sweet ones were apple & cinnamon, strawberry & cream, and blueberry & cream. They were all delicious. I went at 7:30 am on Sunday and they were fresh, just out of the oven, but the leftovers tasted just as good a couple of hours later. The owner was friendly and passionate about his food. You can really tell that quality and taste is his number one priority. You also get a free classic croissant with your first purchase. I would definitely recommend Fresh Croissants to anyone looking for delicious pastries.

Amazing fresh croissants, perfectly flaky and buttery. There was a good selection of everything at 9am still. The blueberry and cream cheese croissant was phenomenal. The almond and chocolate were exceptional, not too sweet and the filling was perfect. There are savory options too but I didn't try this time. Very interested in the spinach and feta pastry. If you want fresh croissants or pastries definitely check them out.

I can't say I'm a croissant connoisseur but I can say that these were the best croissants I've ever tasted. Got a bunch of classic croissants, some dessert croissants, and a really great high-protein cookie. Spoke with the very friendly and knowledgeable owner. I'll be back!
