Fresh & Co is - as the name implies- a "fresh" food restaurant. Like many restaurants they make your food when ordered. The difference is the kitchen, as well as many ingredients are on display as 'mise en place.' You see what you're getting. It's clean, staff is friendly. The sandwiches are great as well as the bowls. Not a "dine in" place for more than a few persons as they have bar style seating facing the windows. But for quality, kindness, and service, 10 out of 10.

I rarely leave reviews but wanted to leave one for Fresh & Co because I really think their rating should be higher. I just ordered from here for the first time and was really impressed with the food. I can’t speak to the in store experience as I ordered delivery, but I can say the flavor profile of my breakfast burrito was so unique and delicious! I enjoy that the ingredients are really fresh. I ordered the breakfast burrito as a high protein meal for after a workout and did not regret it. I will absolutely order from here again.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Fresh & Co's catering services at our CFL Tri Club Holiday party, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The food provided was nothing short of exquisite, leaving all of us thoroughly impressed.
For our base, we enjoyed a delectable combination of rice and quinoa, which served as the perfect foundation for our meal. The sides that accompanied it were equally impressive, featuring flavorful brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and broccoli that were cooked to perfection.
The proteins offered were a true highlight of the menu. The Lemon Herb Roasted chicken was tender and bursting with tangy flavors, while the Roasted salmon melted in our mouths, leaving us craving for more. The quality and taste of the proteins were truly remarkable.
In addition to the mains, we were treated to two sensational salads. The South Beach Salad and Cali Cobb Salad brought a refreshing burst of flavors to the table, showcasing the freshness and variety of ingredients used.
Beyond the outstanding food, the service provided by Fresh & Co was impeccable. The team ensured that everything ran smoothly, from setup to clean-up, allowing us to fully enjoy the event without any worries. Moreover, the pricing was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the generous portions provided. We even had leftovers, which many of our guests eagerly took home to savor later.
Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend Fresh & Co's catering services to anyone seeking exceptional quality, delectable flavor, and outstanding service. They truly went above and beyond to make our CFL Tri Club Holiday party a memorable and delicious experience. Thank you, Fresh & Co!

Charged me 5 dollars to add carrots to a bowl. A whole bag of carrots at Publix is less. The Dr. Phillips location is much nicer and has all types of meat options till close. We were told we couldn’t get a certain bowl because there was no chipotle chicken. Also no herb chicken either available. Not a great experience sorry

I loved eating at this restaurant with my sister. The workers were very nice and accommodating and the food was delicious. Definitely something that was worth it and didn’t feel too heavy to eat. I had the Chicken Shawarma Bowl which I highly recommend.
