We had a great evening with our family in this cozy place. After rebranding and updating, the restaurant is even better than before. I really liked the marine atmosphere, the accessories in the interior, the cleanliness and order in everything. Polite waiters, nice presentation of dishes and quality of products. Gastronomically safe place for tourists! I especially liked the squid salad and paella! The paella has a real aftertaste of Albufera and Ribera... The Fresca Restaurant at Four Seasons San Stephano is amazing 🤩 The lady called Ms Aya who was serving our table did an amazing job too! She recommended the Chicken Kibbeh which came on a bed of Muhammara, it was mouth-watering. The Greek Salad which is an easy to make Salad was really on point, and very nicely decorated. The Prime Beef tenderloin was a nice Main Dish. When asked about the Chef, we were told that he was a Top-Executive Chef 👨‍🍳 The atmosphere is rather casual and relaxed. Don’t miss out, pass by Fresca! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The recently renovated Fresca was a delight. A fantastic collection of local art and shells create a fresh ambiance. The stars of the show are the creative chefs and freshly made sauces, especially those for the pizzas and pastas using fresh local tomatoes. Superb desserts were almost too beautiful to eat. Very peaceful cafe and restaurant with a unique menu. That menue takes the place to another level. Plates are well designed using no identity food. Not Italian nore French. That will identify the guests who are difinately be narrowed to a wealthy and well educated. The place is clean and tidy, and staff carefully chosen.
