We only got their milkshakes and concrete, and it was so far the best milkshake I have ever had. But I do have a complaint about their loyalty program. Why is there a time limit on redeeming the points and adding points on the app? I mean, I already paid for the item anyway, and people don't usually go to the same place every week? It just seems they dont actually want you to use those points.. which is such a shady thing to do. Why have a point system in the first place?
