The food is amazing, but Brooke made the meal special. He was so warm and inviting and I could tell he LOVES what Freddy's stands for and is passionate about helping people experience the great food. He gave me and my two boys custard samples and then took special care when I said I have a gluten allergy due to Celiac Disease. He brought ingredient boxes out so I could verify that it was safe for me to eat. I wasn't expecting a fast food place to take Celiac so seriously. Then he brought out toys for my kids and even offered to take a picture for us. This kind of service went above and beyond and was so appreciated after a long day of driving on our road trip. Freddy's is lucky to have him. He needs to train all of your employees across the company. I would come back to this location just to experience his kindness again.
