Food is great. Burgers and fries are awesome. Something is wrong with the drive-through, it is extremely hard to understand the person that's taking your order. Food has been great every time. Hot, fresh, juicy burgers, and the orders have always been accurate when I have ordered. We walked in and were greeted in a friendly manner, my boyfriend went up to order and a young lady named Ena Cence took his order. She was extremely rude and unfriendly the entire time, did not acknowledge his existence until he started talking and did not smile or say thank you once. For the prices the customer service could have been 100x better, if you don’t enjoy your job and can’t show basic respect and service.. then QUIT. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We visited Freddy's on12/16/2023. Food was terrible and the dining area was so filthy. I had to get some napkins and wet them to clean the table. Both trash cans were overflowing with trash. I had both of my grandkids and they wanted shakes for dessert and the cups were only half full for the price I paid. I'll never step foot in that Freddy's again.
