Never been to Freddy's before so this was my first experience there....and last. At 3pm in the afternoon it was not busy. The restaurant was not clean. We couldn't find a clean table. The cashier didn't welcome us and wasn't helpful when we ordered. There were no straws by the soda machine. The food wasn't good. The fries were over cooked and unsalted. The produce on the burgers looked not-fresh. The burgers didn't taste good. Overall, a BAD experience.

Never have I had such a terrible experience in fast food. The person on the speaker was extremely rude and short and was very annoyed that I didn’t know what comes on every burger. Then when we got to the window she was just as rude. I ordered three meals and when we checked the bags she pretty much through at us, we got a completely different kids meal and two orders of cheese curds, our meals completely gone. When I went inside to get what I paid for I made the comment that we didn’t get anything I ordered correctly aside from the drinks; to which a different employee corrected me immediately and said I did get the cheese curds I ordered too. Completely unnecessary attitude when I was just trying to fix my problem. Then, after receiving the meals, they forgot something else again and when I politely told the worker I didn’t receive something else again they sighed in annoyance and quickly handed me my fries. I understand that the food industry is rough and you can have bad days at work but I feel like getting what I paid for was a complete burden to these two employees and I will not be returning.
