Ordered 2 chicken clubs and did not receive either. Drove all the way home just to find out that it was missing. I went to the Loveland location and they said they could make the meal that was missing, but not my meal that had been sitting out for an hour due to drive time. (Later found out that I actually received a cheeseburger). They couldn't make my meal because they would lose money...$11. Very disappointed that $11 is not worth making it right regardless of location Freddy's has lost my business. Price per person $10–20

We ordered 2 patty melt combos and a chili dog. In one of the patty melt we only got half of it. Very unhappy for almost $12 this is beyond unacceptable. Unfortunately I live 15 miles away and didn't notice till we got home. Update. I did the online form like I was directed and no response from them in over two weeks. I won't be back! First let me say that I like Freddy’s. It’s a good burger and the fries are great, just don’t let them get cold. However, this particular location needs some love and attention. The dinning area seems used and abused. Booths are worn and torn with poor duct tape repairs. Everything seems dirty and not very well taken care of. Service is ehh. The snotty girl that took our order needed to go home, but the kids that gave us our food were nice. This place was good and tasty burgers. As good as steak and bake. Their french fries were shoelaces size and fried perfectly. Those had a little more kick to the fries there compared to steak and bake because freddy's also sells their own French fries spices you can take home to your hearts content.(your heart might complain via a heart attack tho).

I've worked fast food, so I get it, things get stressful, but damn, I ordered a single with everything on it and chili cheese fries. Received single plain and a half cup of fries. Incompetence is no surprise anymore and I'm out $$$. I just don't have it in me to fight the fight over dinner. I just can't patronize establishments like this. Went through the drive-thru and ordered tenders and fries. Asked for a lot of fry sauce for both items and was told “of course.” Paid at the window and again asked for a lot of fry sauce and they confirmed it was in the bag. Drove 15 minutes home to find no sauce in the bag whatsoever. Incompetence at it’s finest. Go to Culvers down the road. Never disappoints. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
