Great store. Great staff. Bought some flowers here. The Florist, Kathy, was really helpful. Went out if her way.

Wife ordered a pickup of groceries. I went to the store parked in the pickup parking spot. I noticed the phone number that I normally use to call that I have arrived so that way they know which spot number to bring the food out was gone. The only option I had was a QR code but the QR code required me to log in which I had no way of doing because I don't have a username or password. I asked one of the employees who were already outside what the phone number was. I was told there wasn't one. I told them there is. I use it every week. The guy became very rude and ended up giving me a phone number that I thought was the one I was looking for. Also asked my name and told me that there was no order for me to pick up at this location and that I must have ordered at the wrong store. I called the phone number thinking I was just going to handle it like I normally do every week and it ended up being a direct line to the back room of the store. The rude person I spoke to was the one who answered the phone and proceeded to continue to be rude telling me how he's already told me that I ordered at the wrong store and they have nothing for me. Ended up finding the number in an old text message with my wife and called it and confirmed that there is an order. Went inside to complain about the rude person to a supervisor. The supervisor who came out with the person who I wanted to complain about which was already really uncomfortable that they wanted me to come out them while they're standing there. The man who claimed to be the current supervisor what was automatically aggressive as soon as he came out also became rude informing me there's no for me at the store. I confronted him for the rude employee and the fact that he hasn't even tried to be empathetic or apologize for the hassle that I'm going through. Supervisor informed me there was nothing that he has to apologize for since I made the mistake and that's on me. Proceeded to tell me that they helped the best that they could since I refused to provide them any information. I asked them what information did I refuse to provide since I answered every question they asked me, he was unable to tell me what information I refused to provide. Found it also strange that he called me by name, which means he already knew who I was based on the information I gave the previous person. I then asked to speak to the store manager. More continued, but I don't have enough room in this review to tell the rest of the story. Shorthand, the store manager was apologetic for the frustration that I've had to deal with. Found my groceries by calling the phone number that apparently does not exist but then allowed the original rude person to continue to mouth off at me instead of sending him back into the back room.
The Grocery delivery SUCKS . Three days in a row ive placed orders for 9am given the run around saying its on the way and cancel at 10pm. If you dont have drivers why keep lying to the customers. At least Walmart is honest and they only take orders they can deliver they dont keep making empty promises. I RECCOMEND WALMART DELIVERY IF YOU WANT TO ACTULLY GET A DELIVERY.if you enjoy waiting days for nothing choose this lousy service.

Tried to leave. Had our bag full of paid stuff and our receipt and the cart locked up up and the lady came and asked for our receipt we showed her she unlocked the cart and let us go. Never again will I shop Fred Meyers. I am probably going to switch pharmacies so I don't have to walk in that place ever again.
The facial recognition software used by their security cameras is creepy. Get rid of the camera that provides a outline around my face on the screen next to the exit and I will give you 3 stars for often not having the deli sandwich I like in stock but not making me feel like my face goes in a database every time I go through the front door would be a improvement If you add one of those annoying cow pen like doors they have at Beaverton and Raleigh Hills Fred I will remove my one star. I actually feel bad for the employees of this store. Obviously Kroger sucks.
Slim pickings. Sad produce. Left without my groceries. Only two checkers. First checkout had a message that it needed an attendant. Pushed button, waited, nothing. No one came. Another opened up, went to it. It started misbehaving, no attendent coming. Looked at the slim pickings I had found and decided it was not worth the trouble. Bailed.

The pharmacy doesn’t care if you schedule a flu vaccination appointment. They pharmacist- will get to you when he gets to you. Could be 10 minutes after your appointment time- could be 40 minutes after your schedule time. Like it for us today.
Pretty disappointing Fred Meyer, honestly. Their clothing selection is extremely limited compared to other Freddy's I've been to, and a lot of it is fairly pricey for what you get. It's on the smaller side, and you can find everything you need, but there's better grocery/retail stores nearby that you can go to.
Honestly one of the best Fred Meyers around. Just don’t go too early/when they open or they are stocking everything. Good selection of food, clothes and toys. Most of the staff is super friendly. Deli staff is a hit or miss. They also have the nice new self checkout baggage area!
I love our local “Freddys!” They are offering in-store shopping, curbside pickup, & delivery. I can honestly say that the quality of the produce, bakery, meats, etc. is top of the line. And the prices are definitely very good. Anytime we have needed help I’ve always found everyone to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The produce is always fresh with a wide assortment of both regular and organic items. Plus there is a pharmacy and Starbucks.
