We happened upon this place by chance, but I am SO happy we decided to stop in. Everything was so fresh and I found my new favorite dish... chicken poblano! This is a must try! The service was amazingly friendly and the whole vibe here was just happy and chill. This might be a weird thing to like, but I'm weird about my food touching, so I loved that they put the beans in the little tortilla cup and just separated the food in general. Can't wait to go back! As soon as you walk through the front doors, you are the focus of every employee! I was sat immediately on a Friday evening. The decor was beautiful. Chips and salsa are great!! The menu has a wonderful selection with a good variety of food and drinks. I ordered a beef enchilada and crispy chicken taco. It was delicious!!! I thought the taco was a little dry, but the amazing beans and rice truly made up for it. Margarita is wonderful also!! The price is wonderful for what you get and I felt like it was a wonderful value. I will go back again and again!! I can’t wait to try something new!! The food was good, and the service was super. We enjoyed all the foods that we ordered. I like my ribeye, it was not a lot of food, but it filled me up, no left over. This is 100% the best Mexican restaurant that exist in the state of Nevada maybe in the entire United States. They have been in this location for 18 years and the location before this they were in over 20. They have the absolute most fantastic vegetarian menu that you could ever find in a Mexican restaurant. The same people still work here and the family is just wonderful! Frank and Fina are the cutest couple ever, and I could not be more proud to have know them. Came to Frank & Fina's Cocina for the first time today, primarily for the cochinita pibil. It was delicious! We also ordered queso fundido with chorizo, empanadas and beef soft tacos. Can't forget the Modelo beer and margaritas. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great, we just recommend bringing happy hour back (we read that they had this previously). The drinks were a little pricey. Overall, we had a great time here and can't wait to dig into our leftovers later. Rafael was our host. He took really good care of us. Our Cadillac margaritas were stiff, and prompt. Food was delicious. I went out of my norm with the Shrimp Diabla, and it was fantastic!
